Starting from September 2, EuroPark will provide public paid parking services in Tallinn

01.09.2025

Dear car park user,

As of September 2, 2025, the public paid parking service in the city of Tallinn will be provided by OÜ EuroPark Estonia who will replace the previous provider AS Ühisteenused. This change in the service provider will not result in any changes to the principles of parking or the price lists.

  • Short-term parking will continue to work as before via text messages, the Pargi.ee app, and the EP app. Parking machines, which will remain in their current locations can also still be used for payment.
  • Residents of Tallinn will be able to apply for parking permits and manage parking-related services through the self-service portal at parkimine.tallinn.ee (from September 2). If needed, we are available to assist via EuroPark customer support at +372 600 3055 or by email at tallinn@europark.ee.
  • Appeals regarding penalty fee decisions can be submitted via email to tallinn@europark.ee or in person at the office of EuroPark located at Estonia pst 9, in the third-floor office block, on working days from 9:00 to 16:00. We are working to ensure that, in the near future, it will also be possible to contest penalty fee decisions and pay penalties through the self-service portal at parkimine.tallinn.ee. Penalty fee decisions will continue to be processed by the Tallinn Transport Department. We wish you smooth and worry-free parking during the transition period.

Due to the transfer of the data from the previous service provider to the parking system of EuroPark, existing parking permits and imposed fines for delays are currently not visible in the self-service portal at parkimine.tallinn.ee. The transfer process will take some time, and the data will be migrated as soon as possible. All previously issued permits remain valid, and users can continue parking without any additional action required. The old data should become visible in the new system within a week at the latest. All parking-related information, including the price list, is also available on the website of the city of Tallinn at https://www.tallinn.ee/et/parkimine
