How to use mobile parking service?

Mobile parking is the most convenient way to park.
Here you can find m-parking instructions and a few observations to help ensure your smooth and carefree mobile parking. Having arrived at the parking lot, look at the information board to find out the parking zone code (EP + number). Our information boards also contain mobile parking rules.

Using mobile You can park with SMS or using EuroPark, Pargi.ee or ParkMan applications.

Parking with SMS

Important! Only customers of Estonian mobile operator Telia, Tele2 or Elisa may use the mobile parking service.

  • Send a message to 1902 (clients of Telia, TELE2, Elisa).
  • Find out code of the parking zone (EP + number).
  • In your message indicate the following: you car’s license plate number, space, zone (for instance: 111abc EP12).
  • Wait for the confirmation message and make sure your parking session has started.
  • To end the parking session, call 1903 (clients of Telia, TELE2, Elisa).

You can only park one vehicle at a time using a single mobile phone number.
The fee for starting the parking session is 0,32 EUR according to your mobile operator’s pricelist.
The mobile parking fee will be included in your next phone bill.

Avoid errors when typing your message

Your car number must be indicated exactly as you see it on the license plate. Please use the same order of characters. Otherwise our parking attendants will not be able to recognize your car when compliance with parking rules is controlled. Be sure to type the number without spaces (e.g., 123ABC). Please, use space only between the car number and the name of the parking zone (e.g.. 123ABC EP32).

Make sure that the mobile parking has started

Start your mobile parking and wait for a confirmation message from your mobile operator. Make sure that you indicate your car number and the parking zone correctly.

If mobile parking does not start

If mobile parking failed to start or if you did not receive a confirmation message, please, make sure that your message was typed correctly, contact your mobile operator or use another method to pay for your parking (buy a parking ticket in the machine and place it on the dashboard).

To stop mobile parking

Call 1903 (Telia, Tele2 and Elisa customers). Stop your mobile parking only when you are back in your car and are about to leave the parking lot.

Parking from abroad

Please, keep in mind that you cannot start or stop parking by calling a short number from abroad. Contact your mobile operator in advance and find out about mobile parking from abroad. We recommend, however, purchasing a parking ticket for several days in the ticket machine.

How to park in the parking zones with 24h fee?

Send a short message in the same manner: indicate your car number and the parking zone, and send your message to 1902. In zones with 24h fee the parking limit equals the cost of parking for 24 hours: your parking is valid from the moment it is started for 24 hours and will automatically stop in 24 hours. Information on the duration of parking is contained in the message confirming that your parking has started.

If you want to park for several days in a row, you can send several SMS'es at the same time. For example, if you want to park for 3 days in a row, you should also send 3 messages. NB! A maximum of 5 messages can be sent in a row.

How to distinguish between parking with 24h and hourly fees?

You do not indicate different parking types when sending the message. Your short message shall always follow the same pattern: indicate you license plate number and the parking zone, and send the message to 1902. In zones with 24h fee the parking limit equals the cost of parking for 24 hours. Your parking is valid from the moment it is started for 24 hours and will automatically stop in 24 hours. During this time your parking time is calculated with the accuracy of 30 minutes (or 15 minutes at certain parking lots):

For instance, if you have parked for 3 hours in the parking zone with the fees of 0.5 euro per 30 minutes and 2 euros per 24 hours, when ending your parking you will pay a 24-hour fee of 2 euros + the message sending fee of 0.32 euro (as you have already reached the 24h fee tariff), despite the fact that your car was not parked for the entire 24 hour period. This is just one of the great parking options we offer our customers!

Please, consider whether to park for 24 hours or to end your parking manually, depending on the actual parking period. If in the example above you would like to park for only 25 minutes, it would be reasonable to end your mobile parking by calling 1903. In this case the fee will be 0.5 euro + the message sending fee of 0.32 euro.

In case of any problems with the mobile parking service, please contact your mobile operator as soon as possible: your operator will have the necessary information on your actions as a mobile service user. If mobile parking failed to start, please use another method to pay for your parking (buy a parking ticket in the machine and place it on the dashboard).
