On 1 August 2012, rooftop training sessions began in three cities – in the EuroPark Rävala parking house in Tallinn, on the roof of the Emajõe Business Centre in Tartu and in the parking lot of the Fama Centre in Narva.
These are short training sessions which are scheduled on the lunch break and should help to maintain the active lifestyle of people who have returned from their summer vacations. The training sessions take place on every workday at 12:00 and last for 30-40 minutes, which is just long enough to make it possible for working people to participate.
It is also possible to take part in these daily workouts on the website or live on Tallinna TV. As the autumn approaches, sports activities will continue in the form of health days in companies where a suitable routine of setting up exercises is developed in co-operation with employees for their daily participation.
This project is supported by the Coca-Cola Foundation, the Sport for All Association, Sports Medicine cluster SportEST, Estonian Health Foundation and EuroPark.
